Payment Policy: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days prior to arrival via bank transfer (MZN / ZAR) or upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations between 14 and 29 days before arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival or No-Shows will be charged the full booking amount.
