• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is by 10:00. (Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior arrangement).

• Payment Policy: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days prior to arrival via bank transfer (MZN / ZAR) or upon check-in.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations between 14 and 29 days before arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival or No-Shows will be charged the full booking amount.

• Children & Extra Beds: Children of all ages are welcome. Cots/extra beds are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance, specifically for the apartment units.

• Important Notices (Ponta do Ouro): Please note that a 4x4 vehicle is required to navigate and access the property within the village. Pets are not allowed on the premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and apartments (permitted in designated outdoor areas only).
